ICV Scorecard
- ICV Scorecard is a historical view based on the latest 12-month audited financial data of the supplier’s spend on the ICV components which are goods, services, training of workforce, supplier development, and investment in fixed asset
- A pre-approved ICV Certifier must certify the ICV Scorecard
- ICV Scorecard impact the procurement process as follows:
- Bidders shall submit their ICV Scorecard certificate in the bid document.
- ICV Scorecard certificate will play a major role in commercial evaluation to determine the winning bidder.
ICV Plan
- ICV plan is a future forecast of how much the bidder is planning to spend on ICV in a particular contract. Bidder sets-out its ICV Plan in tender document as a commitment to be achieved at the end of contract execution.
- A pre-approved ICV Certifier must certify the ICV Plan at the end of the contract execution. There will be corresponding reward if the winning bidder achieved its commitment.
- For contracts more than one (1) year duration, the Buying Entity can request a minimum one (1) mid-point review. Mid-point review is a mechanism to monitor ICV Plan progress using ICV Plan Tracker throughout contact duration.
- ICV plan impact the procurement process as follows:
- Bidder shall submit the completed ICV Plan template in the bid document.
- The submitted ICV plan will play a major role in commercial evaluation to determine the winning bidder.
- For a contract with more than one (1) year period, there will be minimum one (1) review of ICV Plan by the Buying Entity in the middle of contract execution.
